Dear Mr. Antony

We are writing to inform an environmental problem near of the Preparatoria Regional Tejupilco A.C., this problem is the excess pollution in the river, of the Calle 16 de Septiembre S/N, Colonia “El Calvario”, caused by the people living near this area, because they didn't present so much a good environmental culture as good values, they aren’t interested in the natural environment in which we live it.

This environmental problem, began to emerge about 10 years ago, however, over time it has worsened, because most of the society that resides near the aforementioned area doesn’t present a good environmental culture, since burning their rubbish on the banks of the river, or they put the garbage in the river, causing a jam, the latter is very visible in rainy seasons, since you get to appreciate the excess garbage when water goes down. Some consequences of the excess pollution in the river are: the lost the biodiversity and diseases that appear both in the natural environment (diseases in plants and animals) like in the human environment. Unfortunately, people aren’t begin implemented actions to reduce the environmental problem.

In conclusion, some actions, which as a society we can implement to combat our environmental problem present in our environment are: clean the river, put up billboards that prohibit the burning of garbage there, use less plastics, put up trash cans made of recyclable materials so that they can put their trash there, reforest, among many others.
